Months 12–10: The Exploratory Consultation & Silhouette Discovery

Begin your search approximately one year before your wedding date. During your initial 90-minute consultation at our Sterling atelier, you are not expected to have made final decisions.

We explore necklines, touch fabric swatches, and test contrasting silhouettes—from clean architectural column gowns to dramatic ballgowns with cathedral trains. Once your design direction is established, body measurements are recorded.

Months 8–6: The Cotton Toile Fitting

Six months before the vows, your custom calico prototype arrives. You step into the raw toile, and our master tailor pins, cuts, and sculpts the fabric directly to your posture.

Any modifications to neckline depth, waist placement, or back contour are permanently codified into your individualized pattern.

Months 4–2: Primary Silk Fitting & Hemline Alignment

You step into your gown cut in its real silk textiles for the very first time. By this milestone, you must bring your wedding day shoes so the hemline can be sculpted to clear the floor by precisely one centimeter at front center, draping into a majestic train behind.

Weeks 3–1: The Final Reveal & Archival Packaging

During the final fitting, every hook, eye, and button is tested. Your gown is meticulously hand-pressed and packaged in our signature breathable garment bag with cedar lining, ready for your wedding journey.
