• Process your consultation fee (managed securely via Stripe).
• Schedule your appointment in our secure booking system.
• Provide personalized styling services.

3. Data Recipients and Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our boutique:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing. We do not store your full credit card details.
• Neon and Vercel: For our appointment database and website hosting. Appointment contact details are encrypted in the booking database; authorized staff can access them for service delivery.
• Google Workspace: For internal CRM (Google Sheets) and email communication.

4. Data Retention

We retain your pre-consultation information (such as name and phone number) only as long as necessary to facilitate your appointment. We review appointment records for service, accounting and dispute requirements. Contact us to request deletion or correction; payment and purchase records may need to be retained for accounting purposes. Client records for purchased gowns are retained for warranty and service purposes.
